Shalach Manot for Purim 2021

Shalach Manot Purim Fundraiser

   Connect with friends and celebrate the Purim holiday by giving Shalach Manot (gifts of food), one of the four mitzvot of Purim.
 
Last day to participate: Wednesday, February 17, 2021.
 
Give Shalach Manot:
   - simple, no-contact giving
   - pick any number of congregants
   - just $5 per household
   - minimum donation of $18 (includes 4 households at a discount)
   - or, send to everyone (see below for community sponsorship opportunities)
   - AAC staff does the work for you
 
Packages include:
   - a half-dozen, medium-size, assorted flavors of hamentaschen (traditional Purim pastries) from Sunflower Bakery
   - dried fruit
   - groggers
   - Purim greetings from friends and congregants
   - Megillah text & information about Purim 
   - New, up-to-date 2021 Member Directory
   - templates for signs to "Boo" Haman and cheer Esther
 
Community Sponsorship:   
   Be a Community Sponsor at one of three levels--your name will be added to Purim greetings for every congregant and you will personally receive:
   - Ahashverosh Level, $1,000: Deluxe Shalach Manot package
   - Mordechai Level, $2,500: Deluxe Shalach Manot package and bottle of wine
   - Esther Level, $3,600: Deluxe Shalach Manot package, bottle of wine, leaf on the Tree of Life in the synagogue lobby
 
Pick up Your Shalach Manot Package
   - All congregants in the DMV get a package
   - Curbside pickup at Agudas Achim (limited delivery available)
      - Tuesday, February 23 | 12-7 PM
      - Wednesday, February 24 | 10 AM-6 PM
