Communications Request Form

If you wish for an event, announcement, or other information to be included in any or all of AAC's communication vehicles, please fill out the Communications Request Form below to ensure correct and accurate listing of your information.  If you have questions about this form or want to submit a completed flyer or other media, contact Marya Runkle.  Please keep the following things in mind when submitting an event or other information:

  • The Weekly Update email goes out at 10:00 a.m. every Thursday.  The deadline for submission is the Monday prior at 11:00 p.m. as the contents for the email are approved by the AAC staff on Tuesday morning.  The Weekly Update includes events that take place or the RSVP deadline is within the next two weeks.
  • Shabbat Announcement Sheet is finalized on Thursday afternoons.  Any submissions for the Announcement Sheet are due the Monday prior at 11:00 p.m. as the contents for the email are approved by the AAC staff on Tuesday morning.  The Shabbat Announcement Sheet is printed first thing on Friday a.m.
  • The Bulletin is published once a month by the last week of the month.  Click here for The Bulletin production calendar including submission due dates.
  • Website submissions are included on a rolling basis.

Please carefully answer the questions below as they should appear in the publication.

This form is for events that have already been scheduled with the synagogue and are ready for publication.  If you have not secured your event time and location with Marya Runkle, please email her to discuss the synagogue calendar and availability for your event.

If you have a flyer, print copy, picture, or image you would like to include in your listing, email it to Marya Runkle after submitting this webform.

Reminder: If the event requires any special set up (i.e, tables, chairs, paper goods, etc.); equipment (TV, projector, screen, microphone, etc.); or involves food or beverage - a Facility Request Form must be filled our two-weeks prior to the event and submitted to Diana Weil and Barry Nove.  The form can be downloaded from here and can be scanned and emailed to Diana and Barry or you may pick up a copy of the form in the office.
