Thursday, October 3 - Rosh Hashanah Day 1

  • 8:30 a.m.- 1:00 p.m. Community Worship
  • 8:15 a.m. -1:00 p.m. Babysitting Advanced registration required
  • 8:15 a.m. -1:00 p.m. Supervised Youth Activities Grades K-6
  • 10:00 a.m. -11:00 a.m. Teen Discussions
  • 10:20 a.m. Noam Lesson on Shofar in Flax Chaple
  • 10:40 a.m. Shofar Service Cohen
  • 11:15 a.m.-12:15 pm Noam Rosh Hashanah Services (K – 2nd rm 3/4 & 3rd -6th Flax)
 

In case of inclement weather, the Noam service time will be 10:30-11:45

  • 10:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. | Young Families Holiday program in the Sukkah Courtyard*

In case of inclement weather, the Young Families program will be in the Flax Chapel from 9:00 a.m.-10:15 a.m.

Friday, October 4 - Rosh Hashanah Day 2

  • 8:30 a.m.- 1:00 p.m. Community Worship
  • 8:15 a.m. 1:00 p.m. Supervised Youth Activities Grades K-6
  • 10:40 a.m. All Shofar Orchestra in the Cohen Sanctuary
  • 11:15 a.m.- 12:15 p.m. Family Noam
  • 12:00 a.m. Teen Discussions followed by annual Apples to Apples to Apple Pie Social
  • In case of bad weather, the Family Noam service time will be 10:30 a.m. – 11:45 a.m.

(Families that have K-6th graders, are encouraged to attend together. Children are also welcome to attend on their own.)

In case of inclement weather, the Noam service time will be 10:30 a.m. -11:45 a.m.

Friday, October 11 - Erev Yom Kippur

  • 6:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. Chanting of Kol Nidre Cohen Sanctuary Entire Community
Parents and children will sit together in the sanctuary for the recitation of the Kol Nidre prayer. Being a participant in this seminal piece of the holiday season should be considered an essential piece of the High Holiday season. Children who wish to listen to the recitation of this important prayer but do not wish to sit with their parents, may join Morah Chaya on the ramp on the right side of the sanctuary.
When this piece of the service ends, there will be a short break in the main service to enable children to go to the School Wing for supervised youth activities.
  • 6:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. Supervised Youth Activities Grades K-6

No babysitting provided

No babysitting is offered.

Saturday, October 12 - Yom Kippur

  • 9:00 a.m.- 7:00 p.m. Community Worship
  • 9:15 a.m. -2:30 p.m. Babysitting - advanced registration required
  • 9:15 a.m. -2:30 p.m. Supervised Youth Activities for Grades K-6
  • 10:00 am- 11:00 a.m. Noam Yom Kippur Services (K – 2nd rm 3/4 and 3rd -6th Flax Chapel)
  • 11:30 a.m. -12:30 p.m. Teen Program
  • In case of inclement weather, the Noam Yom Kippur service will be 10:30 a.m. – 11:45 a.m.
